    Our space:
    - Main floor offers a full Kitchen, powder room, dining area, washer & dryer, living room, & lakefront sunroom - perfect for picking crabs, enjoying morning coffee, or an evening cocktail!
    - Upstairs you’ll feel comfortable with two bedrooms (4 beds) and a large full bathroom.
    - Also enjoy our outdoor shower after a day at the pool/ beach and a storage closet equipped with chairs, games, and other beach vacation necessities!

    Our community is Shore-to-Please the whole family with endless amenities:
    - Relax, swim, and work on your tan at one of our TWO community pools.
    - Get active on our tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, or Pickle-ball court .
    - BBQ at one of our TEN picnic areas complete with charcoal grills.
    *ammenities passes are to be purchased at the front pool office upon arrival*

We loved this place! Stayed here with my mom and my two kids. This is a quaint, cute, and quite neighborhood. It felt very safe and welcoming. It was also local to everything we wanted to do on our stay. The host was very responsive, cordial, and flexible. 10/10 would recommend you stay here, we will definitely be back.

My family and I had a great stay. The townhouse is in a nice community with a good location. We had a few small issues but Nicole was very prompt with all of her responses and we had everything solved quickly. Would definitely go back again!

Cute and comfortable

This house was really cute and cozy. The decor was nice and had everything our family needed. It was an easy drive to a few different beaches. There is a 50 fee if you use their linens and don’t wash them. We had to leave early so didn’t have time and just paid the fee. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Great stay in a good location

We enjoyed our stay at Heron Cove. The listing was exactly as described and communication with Nicole was fantastic. We really enjoyed the breeze in the evening from the screened in porch. My only suggestion for guests is to consider bringing your own linens as the washer and dryer are very small and you will have to wash and dry multiple loads on the day of check out which is at 10:00am. This made for a stressful morning because things weren't drying well in the dryer. I communicated this concern with Nicole and she was great in her response. Much appreciated!

Nice home but read fine details

The home itself was lovely and we had a great stay! The beds were super comfy and the house was clean and well kept. I would suggest reading the fine details of the property before booking. We were excited for the pool, but did not want to pay $100 to use it for one quick swim. The pool/ other amenities are not included in the stay and were a bit pricey. However, if you are staying for a week it may be worth it. Checkout is at 10:00 and you must wash/ dry/ put away all towels and bedsheets before leaving or there is an additional fee. The host was very accommodating and worked with us but it was a big detail for anyone staying here. I recommend the house to anyone who this works for, however having an early flight made this difficult for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us and helping us!
