The listing was exactly as described and communication with Nicole was fantastic. We really enjoyed the breeze in the evening from the screened in porch. My only suggestion for guests is to consider bringing your own linens as the washer and dryer are very small and you will have to wash and dry multiple loads on the day of check out which is at 10:00am. The beds were super comfy and the house was clean and well kept. I would suggest reading the fine details of the property before booking. We were excited for the pool, but did not want to pay $100 to use it for one quick swim. The pool/ other amenities are not included in the stay and were a bit pricey. However, if you are staying for a week it may be worth it. Checkout is at 10:00 and you must wash/ dry/ put away all towels and bedsheets before leaving or there is an additional fee. The host was very accommodating and worked with us but it was a big detail for anyone staying here.
