  • This unit is family owned and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half-bath, private outside shower, and sleeps 6. The entire unit was recently renovated including LVP and tile flooring throughout, an updated kitchen with new dishwasher, new furniture, and light fixtures, etc.!
    Located on a private island within the Mallard Lakes Community, this is the perfect spot for a family vacation! Enjoy this comfortable, quiet, lake front townhome in a beautiful community offering 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, docks for fishing, canoeing or kayaking, sand volleyball, basketball, and 2 playgrounds.
    Unit 262 is a short drive to Maryland and Delaware beaches, the boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping. This property has been renovated with guests in mind and provides you with a well-equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen and a bunk bed. An air mattress is available for use in the main living area. To accommodate our youngest guests, a pack-n-play is available.
    Free WiFi is included during your stay. Two smart televisions are located in the main living area and master bedroom. The screened-in back porch overlooks a bird sanctuary and beautiful views of the lake. We have two assigned parking spaces at the front of the unit. There are unmarked spots nearby for additional parking. Prior to your arrival and after your departure, the unit is professionally cleaned. Check-in is 4PM and Check-out is 11AM.
    No Pets. No Smoking. Renters must be 25 years or older. If special accommodations are needed, feel free to contact us.

The Condominium was very nice. The townhouse was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, we saw pets but the owner does not want pets. Kyle was always friendly and answered our messages on time.

The property is exactly as described - even better in person. Very clean. All of the furniture is comfortable and in great shape. Communication with the host was very easy. From the moment we arrived staying here was a great experience. Check in was easy. The condo was immaculate and decorated so nice. We traveled off season so the pools and tennis courts weren’t open yet. We walked the property a few times and the maintenance team was busy keeping things clean. We liked the area, centrally located with ease of going to Ocean City or Delaware Beaches Will be booking this little gem again.

Place was very nice. Clean and has a lovely screened in porch to enjoy the view of the lake. We did not experience the pool or amenities since we went off season, but the pool and hot tub looked really nice. The only thing I can complain about is that in their listing they do not state that you need to bring your own linens and towels or pay for a service to provide them. I was not aware of this until they sent the information for check in. I did mention to owner but got no response, but otherwise a pleasant stay.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I rented this property along with my mother for a weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for visiting various restaurants in the area and also for driving to the other nearby beach towns to explore. The condo was perfect! Soccer Weekend

In the area for our grandson’s soccer tournament. The house at Mallard Lakes was in a perfect location for this event. The house was very comfortable and clean. We were very busy but carved out some time to sit on the back porch and enjoy the wildlife on the lakes. Great stay!

Great time at the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation last week at the condo. The neighborhood is lovely and people are very friendly! Easy to get to the Fenwick Island beach and Bethany Beach! Convenient location to grocery and restaurants, gym, yoga studio. We enjoyed the pool in the neighborhood as well! The condo itself was clean and cozy! We would like to come back next summer.

Perfection

We had a beautiful 4 day stay at this super clean, beautifully redecorated condo. It’s 15 min to Bethany Beach, and 3 min from fenwick which was magical. Great restaurants near by. Food lion, Walgreens and a farmers market up the street. Neighborhood was safe, quiet and the condo is on a beautiful lake. Thank you again!

Fenwick getaway

Wonderful place to stay-the only shocking thing to me was that we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Never saw this in the original listing. When you are flying in from different parts of the country with a carryon-did not expect to have to think about sheets and towels that I found out about two days before we arrived. The unit was immaculate-location was perfect! I definitely would stay there again!
