We were lucky enough to happen across this gem when searching for a quiet location close to Santander that would accommodate us and our two small dogs in a hurry. We were taken aback by the extent of kindness and curtesy extended to us by Ivan and warmed by a welcome that was genuine. Excellent spa and outdoor swimming pool. Good restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was fairly average.

Very convenient location. Lovely facilities including garden and lounge. Breakfast was delicious. But best thing was host. So friendly and helpful, with good advice re places to go. He spoke very good english.

We have been to this a hotel a few times during our journey to catch a ferry. It never dissapoints.

Arrived Tuesday, tired from a long drive from Toledo. Immediately looked after. Room was superb with a great view. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Food very good. Loved the location of the hotel, after 20 days of travelling around Spain and Portugal this rejuvenated the batteries. An excellent hotel.

It's in a fabulous location beside a lake with great views, the hotel bar and restaurant is excellent and the staff friendly, would definitely stop again!

Very good spacious rooms with jacuzzi. staff very helpful. We were coming late after working hours in reception and we got video recorded specially for us how to access our room. Very good
