Charming mill in one of the most beautiful villages of France. Set in a picturesque location, the mill consists of 2 independent bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine, each with their own bathroom and toilet. It includes 2 kitchens, one of which is a summer kitchen, 3 terraces, and a private pool. Walking access to the village with many shops and restaurants. One parking space. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Accommodation not recommended for children under 8 years old.

Wij hebben hier een fantastische tijd door gebracht met het gezin. Mooie streek om naartoe te gaan. Communicatie loopt vlot je krijgt altijd binnen een dag antwoord. Ook terplaatse is er altijd iemand berijkbaar wat een pluspunt is. De trappen bij het uitladen neem je er met plezier bij eens je geïnstalleerd bent

#### Eine wundervolle Woche

Die charmante Mühle ist eine Oase. Man lebt auf zwei Etagen und hat oben einen direkten Zugang zu einer begrünten Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Pool, umgeben von Pflanzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Fabrice sehr genossen, mit dem die Kommunikation sehr einfach, sympathisch und schnell war. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Zentrum des malerischen, historischen Städtchens Seillans mit seinen hervorragenden und sehr atmosphärischen Restaurants. Wir sind aber viele Abende einfach zuhause geblieben, denn der Clou des Hauses ist die Außenküche, die perfekt ausgestattet ist und die pure Entspannung bietet. Zwischendurch immer wieder ein Sprung in den Pool. Wunderbar!Nanna und Stefan aus Hamburg

#### Ein außergewöhnlich tolles Erlebnis...chapeau et merich bien

Was für eine außergewöhnliche Immobilie! Das Haus liegt mitten in Seiilans, nahe der Altstadt auf ca 440 m Höhe, befindet sich am Hang und die Wohnfläche ist auf drei Etagen aufgeteilt. Die Aufteilung ist sehr durchdacht, die Einrichtung stil- und liebevoll. Die Ausstattung der beiden Küchen (Erdgeschoss und nahe des Pools lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die beiden Badezimmer/WC sind in sehr gutem Zustand, im Übrigen dominieren wunderschöne Holzmöbel die Ausstattung der Wohnbereiche. Die Betten sind großartig, der Pool ein Traum. Die Kontakte mit dem Vermittler und der lokalen Servicekraft waren unkompliziert und schnell möglich...kurzum: der Aufenthalt war super!

Schitterende locatie met geapprecieerd zwembad en diverse terrassen. Enkel was er niet vermeld dat de wagen beneden moest blijven en wij met bagage 55 trappen moesten doen. Ook telkens bij elke uitstap.
