We offer for rent our mobile home 4/5 people, located in Seignosse in the Landes (40)

🌊 🌲 Between the ocean and the forests of the Landes: Access to the (wild) beach of the Casernes only 800m away via a cycle path and footpath.

🔆 The mobile home: 🔆
Interior:
-1 living room (table, XL sofa bed, TV...) with large French windows, opening onto the terrace;
- 1 modern fitted kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle...)
- 1 bedroom with 140 x 190 bed and storage
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x190cm and storage
- 1 bathroom with XL shower cubicle, vanity unit, mirror
- 1 separate toilet
🌬️ Reversible air conditioning, heating

Outside:
- Spacious and covered terrace of 18m2.
- Large table with 6 armchairs.
- Gas plancha.
- 2 sunbeds.

⚠️ The mobile home is non-smoking

⚠️ Not included in the rental:
Tourist ⛺️ tax (rate #€2025 0.86 per night and per person +18 years old)

Fun Passes allow you to enjoy the services of the village, access to aquatic areas, children's club, etc. Make sure you have your Fun Pass to be able to enjoy the services of the village! (Online purchase at least 48 hours before your arrival = -20%)PGJyPg

🧽 Cleaning 🧹 during the stay (beyond one week's rental) and at the end of the stay (optional paid services)

🗓️ Rental offered from March to the end of September/beginning of October
- Overnight stay from 70€ (3 nights minimum)
- Week, from Saturday to Saturday, from 250€. (July and August only by the week) Decreasing rates for 2 weeks.

Important note:
* The price indicated includes:
- The rental of the mobile home and its contents
- Floor and sanitary products
- We provide pillows, duvets and disposable mattress and pillow pads.
* The price indicated does not include:
The following options:
- The service of the exit or intermediate cleaning service if you do not wish to do the cleaning (100/130 €)
- The Fun Pass
- The WIFI in the mobile home (purchase card / village)
- Meals and drinks, bed linen, dishes, toiletries.
Personal expenses
Your arrivals and departures can be physical or autonomous, the code of the key box to collect the key will be communicated to you by SMS on the day of your arrival.
If you are interested in the stay, please provide us with the following information now in order to send you the contract:
- Surnames / First names / Dates of birth of all occupants,
- Postal address / Email address / Mobile number that you will have during your stay.
- License plate number, model and colour of your vehicle (for the entry and exit terminals of the campsite).

ANCV (holiday vouchers), administrative fees between €10 and €15.
Credit card accepted, administrative fees depending on amount

Mobile home deposit: €500
Household deposit: €130

Deposits can be paid by cheque (not cashed), bank imprint, online deposit via service provider, bank transfer and cash.

Of course they will be returned if there is no damage and if the cleaning is done correctly!
