For 4 people, ideal for family gatherings, enjoy a walking holiday just a stone's throw from the beach. Entrance via the veranda, which has a dining table and chairs, then access to the living room and kitchen via a French window. In the veranda, a closed room reserved by the owner. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher. Counter table with stools, wall-mounted TV, storage unit with microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. French doors opening onto a large 30m² outdoor terrace with a small 25m² sloping garden, accessible via a few steps. The adjoining green space is very popular with families with children.
