You'll have the entire cottage to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Secluded cottage on Seguin river with sauna and screened in porch
My place I build in 2000 and is a secluded cottage on a 3.2 acre wooded property shared with a family living in their own place separate from mine
You wil able to to enjoy the quiet here
Only kayaks and canoes use the river and you are able to use mine as well my woodfired sauna
There is a dock in the river with ladder from which one can swim in 6’ deep water
500 m upstream are the Seguin falls (not 500 m down stream as the map says) in which your whole family can swim, float and get a real shoulder massage sitting on a rockledge
My cottage is only 1 km away from the famous seguin trail used by hikers bikers atvers and in the winter snowmobiles
My chickens will be there to greet you and supply you with fresh free range eggs every morning
Parry Sound is the closest large town 35 min by car to do all your shopping
In the basement there is a rec room with toilet, tv and futon for extra guests
