Currently doing a top to bottom renovation/restoration of this 100+ year old, lovely 2-bedroom folk Victorian, with many charms including 12 foot ceilings, beadboard kitchen, & original hardwood floors. Once finished, this gem will blend her vintage charm with modern comfort. Located a short 5-minute walk to Seguin’s historic downtown district which includes the whimsical Father Christmas Store, Walnut Creek walking trail, coffee shops, bars, & multiple restaurants and shops. Downtown is also home to Burnt Bean- Texas’ #1 BBQ according to Texas Monthly. Right now she’s a work in progress & we will post additional pictures as we progress.
