I don’t remember their name, but the staff member at the front desk in the morning was always welcoming with a warm smile. Their friendly attitude made my stay even more pleasant. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism!

The concept of little bungalows was very nice. They were big enough for two people. The bed was not that comfortable, was very hard. The breakfast has a lot to desired. Same tray everyday. The beach chair cushions are in poor condition and the chairs can’t be adjusted.

Harika bir tesis

Keyifli bir otel. Konumu harika her yer denize bakıyor. Çalışanlar ilgili, saygılı ve güler yüzlüydü. (Tijen hanıma sevgiler:)) Kendine ait 2 iskelesi vardı. Biri Akkum plajında diğeri de restaurant tarafındaydı. Biz restaurant tarafını tercih ettik, gayet sakin ve güzeldi. Kahvaltısı iyiydi, memnun kaldık. Odaları küçük ama bitişik değil bungalov tarzıydı. Yine tercih edeceğim bir işletme olacak. Her şey için teşekkürler🙏

Konum manzara harika tesis ve işletme zayıf

20temmuz giriş 21 temmuz çıkışlı bir gecelik konaklama için bu oteli çok güvendiğimiz Hotels.com dan yaptık otel konumu itibari ile sığacık’ın en güzel yerinde bulunuyor halk plajıyla yanyana oluyor olması büyük handikap inanılmaz kalabalık ve kaos oluyor plajda, arabamızla otel girişinde bariyerin açılmasında ilk sorunu yaşadık kapıyı açacak görevli orada yoktu uzun bir süre görevlinin gelmesini bekledik resepsiyona geldiğimizde güler yüzle karşılaması olmayan bir bayan resepsiyon görevlisi orada oturuyordu başka bir yer aracıyla rezervasyon yaptıran kişilere düzgün davranmadığını düşünüyoruz bilgilendirme amaçlı birkaç soru sorduğumuzda rezervasyonu nereden yaptırdıysanız oraya sorarsınız diye cevap aldık örneğin faturayı nasıl alacağız sorusuna rezervasyonu yaptırdığınız yere sorun diye cevap vermesi, odalarda inanılmaz konforsuz bir alan var gün boyu banyodaki su akımın sisteminde problem yaşadık tamirat olduğunu söylediler gece müzikli bir ortamın olması güzeldi otelcilik okulu staj yapan öğrencileri çok kibar ve terbiyeliler valizlerimizi odamıza taşıyan beyefendi çok kibar ve nazikti . Çıkarken on adım mesafede ki arabamızı getirmeleri 15 dakkaya aldı . Otelde gelen müşteriye bedava kılıyormuş umursamazlığın da davranıyorlar manzara ve konum dışında memnuniyetsiz kaldık. Bu arada faturamızı mail adresimize Hotels.com mu gönderecek. Teşekkür ederiz

Temiz, ama evcil hayvan dostu değil.

Temiz ve çevre dostu bir otel, ancak Evcil Hayvan Dostu değil... Evcil hayvan için ayrıca ücret ödüyorsunuz bu kısım ok, sorun değil. Ama sabah ve akşam hava rüzgarlı oluyor ve restorana "kafes içinde bile" Toy Poodle yavrumuz alınmadı. Yemekleri otel dışında yemek zorunda kaldık, dışarıda çok fazla restoran seçeneği de yok. Arabayla yakın merkezlere gidince de dönüşte geç kalırsanız otopark sıkıntınız oluyor.

Evcil Hayvan Dostu olarak sınıfta kalır.

Hayvan dostu bir otel olduğu için tercih ettik, ancak yağmur ya da rüzgar olduğunda otelde yemek yiyemeyeceğinizi göze alın. Restorana kafes içinde bile kabul edilmiyor. Daha önce de Evcil Hayvan Dostu otellerden konakladık, bu uygulama ile ilk defa karşılaştık.

Odanin genel isinma sorunu vardi. Ve yine sicak degil ilik su ile dus almak zorunda kaldik. Bistro kisminda aksam çalışan garson (selahattin) saygisiz ve misafirlere saygisizca cevaplat veriyor. Gunduz calisan garsonun turkce bilmemesi ve nezaketsiz olmasi. Kahvaltida masaya gelrn ekmegin daha fazla kizartilmasini istedigimizde 3 garson tarafindan ekmek elle kontrol edildi. Hic bir calisan hijyenik degildi. Yemekleri ve mezeleri lezzetsizdi.
