Katie's Kabin is an amazing property. It's situated on a pond with ducks, turtles and muskrat, and it pro ides a beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen/TV room is a great place to hang out and has a a great deck overlooking the pond and the mountains. The cabins are well equipped and were very comfortable for our party of 8. We rented this cabin last year also and hope to rent it again in the future.
Wish the sauna would have been a real steam sauna. Could have that listed that it is an inferred sauna

Summer family vacation
We enjoyed staying in this cabin. It was very peaceful and we loved the large deck overlooking the wetlands. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 to be together as well as have some alone time. The cabin could have been a little cleaner - there was grease splatter on the cooktop when we arrived and some of the glasses in the cabinet needed to be washed before use. The bedrooms in the annex smelled a bit musty. It would have been nice to have some basic essentials supplied such as paper towels (there was only 1/2 roll), bath soap and beach towels. We reached out to the property manager once because there was no “guest key” inside (as we were told there would be) but we never heard back. Fortunately we were able to make do.
We really enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was close to trails, the lake, and only a short drive to town. Would love to stay here again. Even found out my daughter in law new the family that owns the cabin. She was reading the welcome packet and said “oh my I know them, I went to school with their daughter” kindergarten through high school in Hawaii😃 Small world
Very spacious, well equipped, and clean. The kids loved it, all of them agreed it was a kids dream home. It also provides great access to all of the Flathead Valley. I highly recommended this property, especially if you have kids.
Right at first glance we thought we didn't get a place as private as we had hoped because the driveway was shared but it was exactly what we needed. Neighbors are out of sight, only see their space from the driveway. Entire livable area of the house faces the mountains and pond. This home was better than we expected. Kitchen was stocked for use, bathrooms were full of towels, bedrooms had plenty of pillows and extra blankets. This place was perfect for our family and we would definitely recommend. We brought 2 children, 2 teenagers, the mother in law and us. It was plenty if room for all of us.
