Property and cabin was great, however there isn’t a lot there for young kids apart from a jumping pillow. Given they have a camp kitchen, some games and a playground wouldn’t go astray! Apart from that, staff are amazing and cabin was clean and comfortable.

My impression of the Big 4 Big River Holiday Park was a disappointment, over priced for what was on offer. This Park was tidy, but lack shaded areas or greenery, has a very mediocre (small) size gated swimming pool. The two bedroom cabins are very small containing a matchbox size bathroom, the shower floor tiles are extremely slippery, with the shower hot and cold water hard to regulate. The slope down to the riverside from the cabin was too steep if for anyone mobility issues. On the positive side, the outside verandah is generous in size providing a beautiful river view wth adequate seating and at the time of our stay quite being a non school or public holiday time.

Amazing place to stay

This place is absolutely beautiful and a fantastic place to stay. The staff are fantastic especially Trudi she is an absolute legend. We stayed in the pool side villa (5 adults in total) and we were all comfortable and had plenty of room and surroundings are beautiful as well. I would highly recommend staying here if your ever in Grafton
