"We were sold a “sunset jeep tour” at a discount to listen to a sales pitch on Sapphire and was told it would be 1 1/2 hour at the most. It was longer. It was NOT a sunset cruise. We were also given free drink coupons to a restaurant that was not open."

"We paid over $400 for a room and WiFi isn't included!!! And went to coffee/food bar and no basic drip coffee available.! And $25 for parking in a wide open outdoor parking lot. If it was a secure garage then fine. Could have paid less than half of $400 for same amenities and free coffee"
