"We were pleasantly surprised with the place. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and eagerly pointed out the area points of interests and directions to a certain place. A thunderstorm had moved in just as we were about to dip into the pool. We received text messages advising us when it was safe or unsafe to use the pool. Our rooms were impeccable and amenities excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the wonderful staff."

"Pleasant stay with beautiful views Overall, our stay at Sky Ranch Lodge was very pleasant. The location offers beautiful views of the red-rock cliffs and an amazing sunset, which made the experience feel special. We also enjoyed a good breakfast from the Silver Saddle Café. The property has a rustic, old-Sedona character. While some guests may find that charming, my wife felt the room and décor were dated and could benefit from modernization. There were also two issues with our room. The bed was uneven, which I personally find very uncomfortable. We also had trouble getting enough hot water. On our final night, my wife could not get any warm water at all. The staff responded quickly and offered us another room, but since we did not want to pack and move for one night, she used that room to take a hot shower. Meanwhile, maintenance came to our room and corrected the water-heater problem. Aside from the uneven bed, dated décor, and hot-water issue, we had a very enjoyable stay. We appreciated how the staff handled the situation and would consider staying here again because of the atmosphere, service, and incredible scenery"

"Great stay, the staff were helpful when we arrived to share what was offered during our stay. The restaurant has amazing food, everything we had was superb. Pool is perfect to relax by and we enjoyed looking through the telescope at the stargazing event."
