This tranquil, newly renovated Santa Fe style home sits just below the red rocks of the well-known Coffee Pot and Sugar Loaf mountains in West Sedona. Hiking is made easy with plenty of local trails just a short easy walk from the neighborhood. You are also close to Posse Grounds Park, the largest multiuser park in the area with baseball, soccer, basketball, and football fields, swimming, skateboard, and more (all equipment provided for guests)! The house itself was beautifully furnished, spacious, pristine and located in beautiful and serene West Sedona, but a few minute drive to all the restaurants, shops, bars and activities that this gorgeous town has to offer. We were a family of six, and everyone loved this house! We hiked long trails everyday, so the backyard, hot tub and fire pit were appreciated every evening. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were great, and the red rock views were amazing. I cannot recommend this home enough, and we would love to return one day! ##### Clare K. We loved everything about the property! The house was beautiful and well stocked. The views were amazing. We were a 5 minute drive from two trail heads (15 if you want a longer hike through a quiet neighborhood). Location was perfect - close to a gym, Starbucks and numerous restaurants. We spent a week at this property with our two boys and my parents. This house was perfect for every aspect -- so beautiful and quiet neighborhood, quick to access hiking trails and very close to shops and grocery stores that are not overcrowded with tourists. Our two sons enjoyed their daily short bike ride to Posse Ground for swimming, basketball, bike park, and tennis ( despite the intense heat!). Our parents loved their walk around the neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and the principle suite is luxuriously large! The location is secluded and quiet but a short drive to shopping and attractions. There was also access to Sugarloaf and Teapot trails within a 10 minute walk -- it was nice not to have to drive or use a shuttle in order to hike! It was also wonderful to unwind in the hot tub after said hikes. Our group of four included one senior, a teen and two adults and we all found the home comfortable, convenient, beautiful and very relaxing for our vacation.
