  • Welcome to Cozy Timber Owl Nest featuring 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath 1800 sf home sleeps 7 comfortably. Backyard Oasis featuring deep, refreshing pool and soothing hot tub, grill, patio seating for all, propane fire table perfect for star gazing.

    The interior living space provides ample comfortable seating. And there's room for up to seven guests at the dining area. Located in a quiet residential area, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores in West Sedona. All that Sedona has to offer is within a short 10 minute (or less) drive.

    Hot tub is heated and available year‑round. Children five and under are not allowed in the hot tub for safety and hygiene reasons. Hot Tub and Pool is professional serviced prior to your arrival (Monday through Friday) - weekend arrivals will have service on Monday.

Everything was perfect! This house is very cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully decorated. Host was very responsive. We all said we would stay here again. The backyard is great too! You could just stay at this house and go nowhere else and be very content.

Lisa's place is a perfect vacation house! It was spacious, comfy and bright. We enjoyed the gorgeous private pool daily and the location was very convenient. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this lodging!
