Super convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, shops, galleries, coffee shops etc. Quiet neighborhood, fully stocked comfortable home.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the uptown shopping district. Many of our neighbors are long-time residents. You will see them walking their dogs or having a chat.

Park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Walk to the Uptown District; shops, galleries, restaurants, coffee shops etc. You can drive to West Sedona or take a shuttle. There is a convenient shuttle to some of the most visited trail heads. Definitely take it; the parking lots fill up quickly.
* City ordinance requires quiet time from 10pm - 7am
* No feminine products to be flushed down the toilet
* Please be respectful of the neighbors
* Please keep any pets from disturbing the neighbors

Please note that there is a $500 security deposit on this property. This is not a charge, only a hold on the credit card. If there is no damage to the property, the hold is released from the card after checkout. It may take 2-3 days for the credit card company to process the release.

Perfect location in Sedona

Everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and coffee. Beautiful view from the front door, and cute outdoor space.

Family Sedona Trip

It was perfect!!! The cottage is in a really ideal area as far as proximity to shops as well as safety. The interior of the cottage has an abundance of character and quaint family gathering vibes. We enjoyed a nice fire out back in the beautiful garden area and all amenities were well kept, functional, clean, and comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for one couple and the two kids, while the other two couples took over the two bedrooms downstairs. Everyone was pleased with the sleeping arrangements and overall comfort of the home.We hope to stay here again for our future trips!
