Excellent location with great mountain views

Great location, close to the town center, trails and restaurants. Very clean and the host is very accommodative with all supplies and amenities. Theatre room and hot tub are two things my kids loved the most.

The house was located close to town and plenty of hiking. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the ping pong, arcade games and the side yard to play catch.

This property offered everything you can imagine plus more! The location was perfect access to shopping, restaurants, excursions, and it offered amazing views. The layout was exactly what we needed for our 4 friend couples. It allowed for each couple to have a king sz room and their own bathroom. We can’t wait to visit again and bring our family!

The house is spectacular, we enjoyed everything about it. The views from the back balcony were great as well as the various outdoor seating areas. We used both hot tubs and the theater. Kitchen and outdoor grill made meal prep easy. Location was very good proximity for our activities.

Extended Family Vacation

Our family stay in Sedona was amazing and this house was the perfect home base for our group of 10! There was enough room for everyone to have their space when they needed and for all of us to enjoy each other’s company. The location was perfect…easy to access, close to West Sedona & downtown, and quick access to beautiful trails just short walk away (1/4 mi.). The kids loved the arcade counsel and movie room. It had everything we needed and we would definitely try to stay here again on another visit!

Magnificent house

This was the perfect house for my family reunion of 11. The house is gorgeous inside and out. We loved the movie room and had a fabulous ping-pong tournament. The location was perfect for a nice walk into town. Kitchen was very well stocked and has high-end appliances. Highly recommend house for a large group.

Wedding Retreat

We rented this beautiful home while in town for a wedding. It was beyond perfect for the 4 families that stayed together! It provided plenty of individual space, entertainment and beautiful views. No one wanted to leave! The home was lovely. The kitchen even had seasonings and condiments in the refrigerator, which was unexpected but nice!

Family gathering for grandmothers 80th birthday celebration!

The house was exactly as described. It accommodated 5 teenagers and 7 adults very comfortably. The young people loved the game room. I was very impressed with the quality and size of the kitchen. Our family loves to cook together, and the ktchen was stocked with top of the line appliances. The location was perfect, close to town, and with easy access to hiking and other activies...trails.

Beautiful, new, luxury property

Our two families (8 total) had a wonderful stay at this home. It was great in so many ways — and really no complaints. Everything is brand new. The appliances are high quality. The kitchen was well-stocked. The media room was a hit for nighttime movies. We loved the outdoor space. Even the little details were nice — like supplying quality toilet paper, detergent, etc. It’s worth noting that driving north on Hwy 179 can take some time with traffic, but it was worth it. We appreciated the quiet. Highly recommend. Reality is better than the pics.

Perfect Luxury Getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our adult family members as we were in town for our niece's wedding. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. There were plenty of bath and spa towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved that every bedroom had their own private bathroom so no one had to share a bathroom. We enjoyed just hanging out in the house, using the spas, the game room, and the movie theatre. What a treat! The view of the mountain was gorgeous both at sunrise and sunset. The location is close to Sedona and we even walked to some businesses. Having use of a washer/dryer was also very helpful. Megan was very responsive and easy to work with. Check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this listing.

Simply Fabulous!!

Cannot say enough about this superb home! The location and views from the property are stunning. It is newly remodeled and immaculate. It has everything you need to have an exceptional, fun experience. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and everything you need if you enjoy cooking. There are televisions in almost every room. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom and there are 2 more 'guest' bathrooms. The deck includes a huge barbeque, lots of seating and a fire pit. The downstairs entertainment area is top notch and includes a video machine with numerous games, a ping-pong table ( which we used every night ) and an amazing movie room with 10 reclining seats and a huge projection screen. There were 8 of us who stayed at the property, and we all discussed coming back for a longer stay. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

From the time I reserved this beautiful home I knew it was going to be a great place. Megan the host was amazingly responsive friendly and so accommodating. The location was a nice quiet neighborhood the check-in was the easiest I've ever done. Usually when you check into a new home there is a very thick book of all the things that you can do and you can't do and check in and check out procedures, not this one it was short and to the point check out was one of the easiest places we've ever stayed. The home is absolutely beautiful perched up on a hillside. And had every amenity one could ask for including an eight-person hot tub and a private hot tub on the balcony off of the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything anyone could need the living room was comfortable and the patio was lovely especially at night for stargazing. The downstairs has a theater room that my kids loved a ping pong table a video game a full kitchen and three bedrooms. There were 12 of us and everyone had plenty of room and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone you will not be sorry that you stayed in this lovely home.
