Our home is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone respect the City of Sedona quiet hours from 9:00pm-7:00am, so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

You will definitely want to take advantage of the outdoor space with 2-3 person Hot Tub, BBQ, Dining Table w/ 6 chairs, Outdoor Sofa, and Fire Pit surrounded by enchanting, mature landscaping and of course, those views!

Living Room: Offers brand new comfortable furnishings, large windows bringing in plenty of natural light and those majestic views. Relax and Unwind after a day of hiking. Do some yoga on the provided mats or play games with the family.

Kitchen: This kitchen space is fully equipped and offers some modern touches, such as a stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, convection cooktop, microwave. Island with Bar seating.

Dining Room: There's seating for up to 8 guests in the dining area, along with the additional kitchen bar seating. Out on the adjacent patio you can enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ grill and amazing red rock views.

2nd Living Room: Comfortable reclining couches, Smart TV.

Please be aware that there are plants on the property that are known to be toxic to animals/dogs. Pet owner takes full responsibility and liability for pet if booking this property.
