Fourth year in a row!

We love staying in the casita and have made it into a yearly tradition! It's clean and quiet in a country club neighborhood, and a quick drive to trailheads and restaurants/coffee. A big bonus is that the pool is just about a one minute walk away! Definitely a favorite spot.

Great location. Very clean . Loved the size and set up. Only complaint had no usable pans to cook with. All were in terrible condition. Only a sponge to try and scrub the pans with. Otherwise it was very nice

This lovely golf course casita in amazing Sedona did not live up to expectation on many fronts. Upkeep of furnishings, windows, doors and back patio was not in evidence. Kitchen badly needs updating of cookware, serving ware, silverware(only 3 teaspoons and 4 forks, not matching) and dinnerware (smattering of mismatched plates and bowls that you might find in a thrift store). Clean windows would have been appreciated as the view is very nice.

Quiet Sedona

Comfortable, quiet, safe neighborhood in a country club setting. Red rock views all around. Cute, cozy front porch & back patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening nightcaps - if only we'd had the time. Comfortable beds & recliners. Plenty of towels, linens, paper products provided. Stack washer/dryer in condo. Covered carport which was great & would be greatly appreciated in high heat season. Pool was great & just a short walk from condo. Pool not handicap accessible from what we could tell. Several steps at entrance. Short ride in to Sedona. Easy check-in/check-out Hosts responded in timely fashion. On-site manager for immediate maintenance needs, of which we had none. The pictures of this property do not do it justice. Some would say the property is "dated" but not a concern to us. The new flooring is very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I would stay here again if i am ever able to make a return trip to Sedona.

We loved our stay at this clean, comfortable, cute, well-appointed condo. The community was so quiet, we had the hot tub to ourselves 2 nights and were joined by some tenants from another unit the 3rd night and we had a great visit with them. The owners provided excellent communication which made the check-in/check-out process as simple as can be. We would definitely stay here again and so appreciate the ease, comfort and location of our stay.
