WiFi and password are provided in the home. All TV’s are smart TV’s so you can sign in to your personal accounts. Download free “Sonos” phone app to personalize music in each room or make the TV’s stereo. If there is food in the pantry it’s to share. All spices and cooking supplies are to share. If any of these types of items are left behind they will be shared, so thank you. There are micro fiber washcloths in each bathroom drawer to remove makeup. Hot Tub Towels, extra sanitation and PH packets are available in the laundry room for your use. The sofa sleepers have a pull handle at the upper center. DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE CUSHIONS! All cushions will stay attached. There are waterproof mattress protectors on them and please keep them on. Each sheet set is folded together as a unit. Pillows and sheets are in the hall closet. The pillows have protectors on them but please use pillow cases as well. In the laundry room there is soap for the washer and dryer sheets for the dryer above each appliance. Laundry room bottom cabinet has cleaning supplies should you need them. A broom/dustpan and a mop/duster are hanging on the garage wall just as you enter from the garage. We require and appreciate you using coasters for all beverages and placemats under plates to protect our table tops. Care and cleaning for the table tops - wash down with a damp cloth, no detergents and wipe dry with a hand towel. Cleaning crew sanitizes in between guests. Coffee is in the pantry and coffee pods are in the drawer under the coffee pot. Remote for under and upper kitchen cabinet lighting is in the silverware drawer, point at sensors to operate. Bedroom TV and ceiling fan remotes are located on nightstands. Turn wall switch on first for fans. Bedroom alarm clocks are also USB charging hubs. Soaking salts located in master bathroom cabinet. Living room fire place remote has color changing flame & heating functions. In the cabinets to the left of the fireplace are toys, games, adult coloring books, pickle balls and paddles. Also, balls for the park, which is a short leisurely walk from the backyard. The park features a workout fitness trail and fitness equipment. If you use the patio furniture/fire pits, the covers can fold up and be placed in the cabinet on the right side of the indoor fireplace. Directions for the patio fire pit are attached. If you need additional propane you can fill the tanks at Ace Hardware. There is a ping pong table in the garage. Trash Can must be placed on the street Sunday\`s Even if you’re not checking out on a Sunday. CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Turn off fireplace. Unplug toaster and coffee pot. Set heat to 65 degrees during cold weather and set to permanent hold. Set air conditioning to 80 degrees during warm weather and set to permanent hold. DO NOT make beds before check out. Please put all sheets and towels in the hampers in the bedroom closets. Take trash out. Remove all food from the refrigerator and the freezer. Please pick up and return all items to their original place. Please tidy up before check out then the cleaning crew can preform their duties in a timely manner for the next guest arriving. The pictures do not do it justice. It is close to town and all the restaurants. We played pickle ball at the park near by with rackets provided by the host. We went to various hikes which were only a few minutes away such as cathedral rock. We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony. We felt so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well designed. You will be 3-5 minutes from groceries, shops and restaurants and not much more to all of the amazing trails and hikes around Sedona. I found this home on VRBO and fell in love with the property. There were 6 adults staying here and we had everything we needed for our time in Sedona. The home is a few years old and SO well appointed! Wow! There was not a piece of dust anywhere and all the linens, towels, blankets etc felt new and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub many times, sat upstairs by the fire pit and played ping pong in the garage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, spices, a few goodies in the pantry and lots of pots and pans.
