  • Our beautiful brand new home with its latest appliances, high-end furniture and designer touches is truly a contemporary gem in the heart of West Sedona. This 3 bed, 2 bath residence is conveniently located within walking distance to the popular Soldier’s Pass and Sugarloaf trails, it’s also next to a grocery store and many coffee shops and restaurants.

    Couple of trails are really close to our home:

    Soldier’s Pass Trail (7min drive from the house) - moderate trail (between Brins Ridge and Thunder Mountain) that offers a back country feel yet is almost located in the middle of town.

    Sugarloaf Loop Trail (6min WALK from the house) is a 1.9 mile heavily trafficked loop trail that that offers the chance to see wildlife
