We had such a wonderful stay at this Sedona property with friends and family! The breathtaking views were unforgettable, and we loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. We saw coyotes, wild boars, quail, and enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The home was fully stocked, well taken care of, and in a very convenient location. The management company was excellent and made everything smooth and easy. Thank you for the memories, this was truly a special experience!
This was the most perfect place to stay in Sedona! Just at the base of Capital Butte with phenomenal views and access to hiking trails. The house was great- with a hot tub and pool. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and the kitchen gourmet. There was definitely thought put into making the house a great place to stay!We are missing Sedona already!
Me and my best friend had our annual girls getaway here. This location is quiet and beautiful. The views are incredible. Great kitchen. Everything was clean and nice. Shirt drive to anything you want. Highly recommend!
Overall very please with the house and amenities. While there was a lot to do and see we mainly used the bedrooms, kitchen and pool. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The kitchen was big and had everything one could want or need. The pool was salt water and the kids very much enjoyed it. The house was located right by a trailhead and had a beautiful sunrise view.
If you're looking for a five-star property to spend time with family and guests, please look no further. All photos and amenities are accurate to the listing. The home is directly across from the National Forest, with the Adante trail steps away. Is your group not ready for an early morning hike? They can stay and enjoy the pool and the hot tub, while you take Thuder Mountain, and drop over to Peace Park to find your inner Zen.
Amazing! The view is as great as the pictures show. Beds were very comfortable. The casita was perfect for a multigenerational family trip! Highly recommend.
Wonderful, modern, stylish property perfect for my family of 7! The house was clean, the bed comfortable, the pool refreshing! Close to adventures, restaurants, and many hiking trailheads.
We had a girls trip here for 4 of us. Perfect for enjoying the views. Beautiful patio for watching the sunrise, beautiful pool for enjoying the day and the hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the sunset and evening. We enjoyed watching as hikers and some wildlife went to the trailhead right across the street. Beautiful design and very clean.
This location was fantastic. The view was amazing and centrally located to all we wanted to do! Several trailheads right in “our backyard” Whomever decorated this home did a phenomenal job. I want to copy all the furniture in my own home. We had a leak issue due to all the rain and someone was sent quickly to fix it! Absolutely incredible accommodations for an amazing girls trip!!! When we come back we would absolutely recommend. Perfect for 8 adults!!
It was a beautiful house and a great stay! Our only complaints are that we had a few problems with the fire pit, AC, and a smell in the casita. It would be a lot easier to deal with one person to resolve the issues vs having to talk to multiple people as the communication gets lost in the process.
We traveled to Sedona for a family reunion and needed a home that could comfortably accommodate multiple generations, with ages ranging from 17 to 74. This house could not have been more ideal. The views in nearly every direction are breathtaking. Our two great-aunts were especially delighted to sip their morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the red rock mountains, then settle in early to enjoy the sunset before cozying up under a blanket for a movie in the evenings. The guesthouse, with its private entrance, was perfect for the younger adults, allowing them to stay up late laughing, playing games, and planning their next day’s trail adventures without disturbing anyone in the main house. The home is spotless, thoughtfully stocked for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to return soon!
Absolutely stunning house in Sedona! This house is beautiful and in such a great location- hikes right outside your door and only a 10 minute drive into downtown Sedona for shops and restaurants. There are many vineyards just a quick 20 min drive from the house, and many epic hikes within 15-20 min drive from the house as well- this location is absolutely perfect. The views from this house are incredible, you will not be disappointed. We had great communication with the hosts the whole time and couldn’t have had a better time. I would highly recommend staying here, very relaxing, beautiful, and overall just a great place.
Property was even more beautiful in person. Pictures cannot capture just how amazing the views are from all directions. The house was clean, beds were so comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen. Pool was cool during the hot day and hot tub warm at night. The best part was the night sky. Look for shooting stars! Would 100% stay there again.
The home was better than advertised. My wife and two kids stayed there for a few days on our tour of the southwestern US and they’re still raving about it. The home was furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The starter pack with paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc was super helpful. My older son (20 yrs old) loved the casita…although we arrived late at night and it took us til the next day to find it (we thought it was the garage)! We made great use of the pool after some long early morning hikes. The house was very clean, the hosts communicated well and we’ll definitely stay here again in the future!
Unbelievably beautiful vacation spot! Well decorated and looks very new inside. Views from everywhere. Well appointed kitchen which we enjoyed. Lovely pool and seating area on one side and great covered area and open area with grill, dining table, and firepit on the other. And don’t forget the covered porch on the front. Great areas just to hang out and relax. Was great for two couples traveling together. House is right up to the edge of the National forest with memory making views and multiple trailheads. Very quiet area but close to 89 in West Sedona with access to many activities and dining without having to deal with traffic of uptown or 179.

Overall nice. Was disappointed with the false advertising around the pool, which we found out when we arrived it wasn’t heated for use. There were a few old 1950’s windows that did not work. The entry to the house was without a handrail and difficult for one of my guests, and a building code violation. We were under the impression that we rented a 4 bedroom. What was there was a separate detached garage conversion that wasn’t connected to the house, here again false advertisement. High price to pay for these inconveniences.
Truly the most beautiful views, gorgeous interior design, and fastest customer service!! There are sweeping 360 degrees views around the property which makes the stay magical. Not to mention the interior which feels carefully curated to match a wilderness wanderer’s aesthetic! From the chairs to cabinets, home and kitchen appliances to window shades, the attention to detail was impeccable!! Location was convenient and easy to get to.Check in was seamless, responses from the property manager were quick and they took action immediately! There was an issue with the AC in the side house and gnats and drain flies in the bathrooms. I messaged them and in 30 minutes a maintenance man was at the door! Talk about service! My girls and I all absolutely adored the house, the grounds, and the pool!! We would definitely come back and definitely recommend a stay here!!
I rented this beautiful home for my sisters low key bachelorette party mid July with a total of 8 women. The property is exactly as pictured, however the pictures do not do it justice! The views from everywhere were stunning. The beds were very comfortable and despite pictures not showing it, the main house bedrooms do have large closets. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed for our 4 night stay as well. The location in west Sedona is very convenient and the direct access to Adante trail head in front of the home was amazing. We saw Javalina causally strolling by on our last day across the street. We had an issue with the air conditioning from day 1 which was quickly responded to. Unfortunately, the whole system needed to be fixed which meant we were given portable free standing units for the duration of our stay. The main house is large and it left the sunroom extremely hot as well as the middle bedroom. The rest of the house was moderately cooled with the units but allowed for small bugs and flys to enter the home bc the ductwork needed to be taped outside of the windows. I am now home 2 weeks from my trip and still have not heard back from Sedona.org regarding this issue we encountered which was a bit inconvenient for our group and put a wrench in some of our plans.
