About this property

Bright Centrally located home in Sedona

  • Located in the heart of West Sedona in a quiet yet family friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, a wine tasting room, movie theater and multiple hiking and biking trail heads.

    Our clean and welcoming single story home offers an open layout with a split floor-plan 2 bed/2ba plus a sunroom (daybed) making it ideal for couples or families.

    The home is filled with natural light, the kitchen has new appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. We have the fastest WiFi Sedona has to offer, a full load washer & dryer and a new central AZ unit for the warmer days.

    The backyard and patio are filled with mature and luscious trees and grass. The space is great for stargazing or afternoon BBQ's.

    On the property there is a detached casita that has a separate parking spot, separate entrance and a fence to insure the home and casita each have their own designated spaces and privacy.

    We live down the street and are here to assist with any questions that may come up during your stay.
