The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. The location was convenient to two venues for a wedding we atttended. I would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, and very accommodating, good coffee choices and the facilities were clean and comfortable, however we did not like the entertainment they recommended the two restaurants near the property were not very good for breakfast or dinner.

We loved it. Friendly staff and free custom sodas at check in. Fabulous massage chairs in the meditation room and a bed that was actually comfortable. My son and I will definitely be back!

We arrived in the middle of monsoonal storm! Room had a balcony which we enjoyed in the evening listening to music from nearby venue! The restaurant adjacent was Fabulous! We had daily breakfast and dinner. Food was fresh and so tasty! Don't miss it, The Grey Goose!

This is a great hotel for those who don’t plan on spending much time in their room. The room was clean. The front desk is separate from the rooms as are the rest of the amenities. They offer laundry starting at $3 to wash and $3 to dry. It was very quiet during my stay which was nice. The hotel is a short walk from restaurants, the grocery store, and other shops which is very convenient. The staff was super friendly, they have free items in the lobby, and the front desk is open 24/7. I did reserve a King room but got 2 doubles and the beds were very small for an adult.

It was, nice and convenient to various parts of Sedona. Our room had a great view!!! I enjoyed the pleasant staff. I encountered 3 different people at the front office, all friendly and helpful. Just wish they had some kind of breakfast like regular Best Westerns have. Even just continental would be fine. Otherwise it was a good stay😁👍
