The pool area was too small, but you won't need it. The beach is absolutely amazing and right across the street. The rooftop views though are amazing. You can see all of Ipanema and Leblon beach along with Christ the Redeemer on the mountain top.

This is a great location. The breakfast is actually very good there are many options and many of the staff were welcoming however I was disappointed at check in the host was very cold did not explain how the elevators work the hostess of the restaurant was kind and came ove to show me. Also I choose to stay at this place because I had heard great things about the roof top and I was not able to use on the night I checked, the form of imforning, was very impersonal. On the way out I was service by an employee that was extremely personal and very concerned about my experience. I hope the owners sees this, and Johnathan is rewarded for his service.

"AC was phenomenal and necessary due to heavy humidity. Very nice smart tv which worked very well when the internet worked (missed 24 hours out of 4 day stay. Excellent parking option on site. Adjacent to nice mall. Walking distance to many restaurants."
