Unfortunately the area that the property is located is not the best for people with kids as there is a huge population of homeless who caused problems when I was there. The prop manager even stocked some coffee and snacks for us. Also the location is a 2 minute walk from the downtown circle which has a couple of really good restaurants and only 3 minute drive to the grocery store. We will be back. ##### William M. Bedrooms & 1 bath are upstairs, ½ bath, living, and kitchen downstairs. It is fresh, clean, and newly renovated. The location is perfect because you can walk a block to the main circle of Sebring, or walk across the street to start walking around the lake. We were super pleased with this wonderful little spot. As a race team, we will keep this bookmarked for future stays. Please note as an FYI, laundry facilities are on premises, not inside the apartment - but take 2 seconds to get to. It is literally a few hundred yards to everything in downtown Sebring. We walked to the pier to watch sunsets, on Saturdays there is a small farmer's market in the parking lot to the south, we had lunch on the circle and also did some shopping around there was well. The place has been renovated from top to bottom, literally everything is brand new. They have high quality and comfy sheets and towels. There is a Keurig machine and they even provided the coffee pods, creamer and sugar. The kitchen is fully stocked. The two black recliners in the living room have massagers built-in to them... it was so nice! The balcony has comfy chairs where you can unwind and see the lake and sunsets. They provided consumables such as trash bags, dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The owners were very accommodating and super easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again. ##### Jason B.
