"Very clean and spacious house. AC was cold. Nice neighborhood. Stocked with all we needed. Has a good refrigerator with ice maker, great hot water time and washer and dryer. Also has a back screened patio and some nice Rocking chairs in the front to just hang. Spacious three rooms for a family, we only used two rooms and they both had their separate bathroom. Short drive to many attractions such as the State Park, coffee shops, museums and great local eating spots. Also wasn't to far from Lake Placid which was only about a 20 min drive. Host was responsive was kind and responsive."

"Although the property was more rundown than we hoped for, given the price point, the location and amenities were great! We had a blast on the lake every day and loved the screened in porch.The host was very communicative when we reached out about a couple of issues.The home is very quiet, close to downtown, and plenty of space.Note to guests - one of the primary bedrooms and the twin bunk room are up the winding staircase. A few of our family members were unable to comfortably traverse the stairs. This meant that I got the room with the best view, but sharing for others to be aware of. Additionally, there is no door between the downstairs primary bedroom and the slide bunk bed, so this was only practical for one family to share."

"Must stay at Sebring Garden retreat was very relaxing. Our host Carol was incredibly accommodating and the private entry made it easy to come and go without disturbing anyone. The rooms were spotless and the air-conditioning temperature was perfect throughout our stay I give Sebring garden retreat five stars and highly recommended to anyone visiting the area."

"Everything about this property is so peaceful! This was a difficult trip for our family and it was so nice to have such a relaxing place to call "home" while we were in town. The house is beautiful and the view from the back deck makes you want to sit out there all day long! We really enjoyed the kayaks and fishing poles that are available for guests. This is the only place I plan to stay now when I come to Sebring!"

"There was a review that said there are no doors. There are. They are pocket doors. I didn’t get a check in email… but I called and she answered. So I got in right away. You get what you pay for. But I feel like this was a great deal and the lady renting it out is very kind… and was helpful every time I contacted her"
