My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and it was by far the best resort experience that either of us have ever had. The grounds are stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff and service is impeccable. We hope to return to Bali and stay again! Would recommend to anyone.

Great Experience

It was a fantastic experience. We used the Puri Nadi Heated Pool Villa, and the pool in the room was very large and the water quality was good. The breakfast and dinner course tasted great, too. All the staff were kind and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. If I ever visit Ubud again, I would like to visit there again.

Nice hotel with beautiful view

The service was really good, the staff took good care of us from check-in to check-out. The hotel was nice and beautiful. We had a villa with privat with privat pool and had the jungle view.

The view from entrance was breathtaking. The resort is brand new and feels that way. The pool and jacuzzi is very large, the food were excellent. There are some great local spot to visit through the hotel guide.

This is a beautiful property - amazing jungle view with an amazing service. Dinner with cocktails pairing were amazing as well. They also provide a shuttle service to Ubud city center. BOOK it!!

Luxurious stay

I had the most amazing stay at Cicada! Beautifully appointed resort, huge room with extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Many thoughtful amenities and daily treats. Great communication from the hotel before my arrival, arranging transport from the airport. Gorgeous spa, pool and jacuzzi. The included activities were some of the highlights of the trip, jungle trekking, walks, yoga and temple visit. Fabulous ala carte breakfast. Most of all the staff were absolutely brilliant, fabulous personalised service and especially Musgi who really made the experience incredibly special. Looking forward to visiting again!

The location was ideal, with easy access to the picturesque Tegalalang rice terrace, making our mornings truly magical. The view from the hotel was simply breathtaking. The hotel's fresh and modern ambiance added to the overall experience, and the attentive staff ensured our every need was met with warm hospitality. One thing to note is that it appeared to be an adults-only property, as we only encountered fellow adult guests during our stay. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Sebatu, Ubud. Great service, stunning view from the room. Met all my expectations ❤️ I was delighted! All the hotel staff are very polite, welcoming, friendly, they immediately try to help with any issue, very friendly and smiling. The service was top notch. Based on their greeting, they immediately brought a cocktail, fruits and sweets before I entered my room, and when they treated me, they also gave me a very cute set 🥰 I have never seen such service in any hotel before. I would like to especially praise Hanna, the hotel employee who met me on the very first day and met me in the room. Very polite, friendly, sincere and kind 🥰 thanks to her, my first impressions of this place were like this. She was very kind and sincere in everything until the last thing she did for me ❤️ The restaurant staff Suta, Tria, Adid, Desa were also very kind and attentive. I would also like to note Kartika. She organized all the tours, took me to amazing and very beautiful places with a gorgeous view. She took a lot of beautiful photos and videos for me, like professionals. I got exceptional impressions from the trip with her, and I have a lot of amazing photos and videos as a memory ❤️ I sincerely recommend this place, you will definitely be delighted with the beauty of the hotel itself and the service manager ❤️
