Well stocked. We did add scissors and sugar to the stock. A small piece of constructive criticism: Ditch the wrought iron table and chairs on the back porch. This house was absolute perfection for my family as we visited Sebastian FL for a family reunion over the holidays. The house is modern and clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to make meals, even a crock pot. We did not have a baby with us but there were things such as a dining chair and a pack and play for anyone traveling with little ones. The owner/manager was responsive within minutes of every text, even during post Christmas week. The dogs loved the backyard. The adults loved the screened porch when it rained. The house was well stocked however you should let renters know there is no soap or shampoo. Owners should provide directions for the TV. Eddie was great! He responded to two minor issues very quickly. His communication was perfect. Much appreciated.
