Hardwood flooring runs throughout the space, while mini-split AC and heating units in every room keep the home comfortable year-round. The open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, creating a layout that feels social and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances, including a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a coffee pot, and an island/bar area that works perfectly for casual meals or gathering at the end of the day.

All three bedrooms are fully equipped and furnished with queen beds and their own smart TVs, comfortably accommodating up to six occupants. Two bedrooms include standard closets, while the third features a dresser for storage. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and vanities, with the primary bath featuring an oversized single vanity for additional space and convenience. A washer and dryer are also included.
