SEBAGO LAKE WATERFRONT. Frontage is on Northwest River with views of Sebago Lake

  • OCCUPANCY LIMIT 8 This completely remodeled waterfront cottage has 2 bedroom 2 bath and a bunkhouse. The large flat yard leads directly to the dock in the Northwest River. You can see Sebago Lake and then Sebago town beach from the dock. Enjoy the large firepit with views of the water. Both bedrooms in the main house have Queen beds. The guest house has a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE. New house being built next door. Outside will be done by June1st. All work will be done by July 1st.
