"Hotel was clean and staff pleasant, but when they send you a text asking you contact them that way if there are any issues, so you do, and it takes them over 12 hours to respond, you do t wait that long and tell the front desk the same thing, THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN YOUR SHOWER. and their response is are you sure? After you ran the water for an HOUR trying to get it warm… their excuse was “we just opened that wing” of the hotel. Sadly we will NOT be staying here ever again. Cold showers are not my idea of fun. Too bad the staff didn’t care. "

"We stayed at this location for my wife’s 50th birthday and it was fantastic. Very well done with the upgrades, and location of the condo. Circuit Ave shops were very cute and quaint. Host was fantastic and very responsive with answers to inquires. I would recommend this location and definitely planning another trip in the fall. Thanks again! "

"This is a small, tight, but charming cottage in a nice neighborhood. The only downside is that the bathrrom is on the ground floor while the two bedrooms are on the second floor up/down a narrow, steep stairway. This wasn't a terrible problem, as the owner has done a good job of lighting and improving the stairway. But those with limited mobility would find this a challenge."

"Great location, originally booked for 2pp, ended up with 4pp, which was a little tight for the space. Minor issues with thermostat and broken towel rack. Would definitely rebook if i come back with 2pp."
