Executive Hotel Pacific
No breakfast immediately available. A coffee shop on site and a pub/restaurant which opens at 11am. Hotel up a steep hill from metro station. Convenient for city amenities, but lots of homeless people about, particularly at night

Fairmont Olympic Hotel
Room service staff was rude. The delivered the food and forgot our utensils, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes to receive them. Crowne Plaza Seattle - Downtown by IHG
Perfect for what we were looking for, extremely near downtown, but it is five or six blocks uphill from all the main areas back to the hotel so you will get your steps and flights in. Other than that, the hotel was perfect.
