The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite clean. I prefer staying in the rooms with a view overlooking the city or the bay but even the rooms looking over the inner courtyard are comfortable. A/C wasn't working. Room kept getting pushed back to being ready. Elevators kept getting stuck and breaking down. Some of the front desk staff were just rude

Executive Hotel Pacific
