Nice hotel with good restaurant.

Way expensive for average hotel!

Pros: Great location.
Cons: Outdated and unimpressive decor for the price.
Location: Lots to do nearby. Restaurants, clubs, comedy, Pike Place market.
After spending the prior week in San Francisco at the gorgeous 5-star Hyatt Embarcadero for half the price, this hotel was quite the disappointment. It was clean and the staff were pleasant, but $400?! Come on now! $225 maybe.

Great comfortable stay!

Our stay at Warwick was surprisingly nice. From the moment we opened the door first time, we could tell how spacious and comfortable the room was. Location was great but so were all the hotels nearby. Close to the monorail so we did not have to drive there and pay for parking. Close to all the major dining places and Pike Market. Nice large flat screen TV was stunning and made watching Olympics enjoyable. Parking was a bit if a hassle but I think that's the same in all other hotels in the city. The only issue we had with the room was the power outlets. It was really hard to plug anything in and some outlets were broken.

Great time in Seattle

Pros: The location of the room
Cons: nothing for the price we paid
Location: The hotel was in walking distance of Pikes market, the monorail, and other points of interest.
Our room at the Warwick was great. We had a view of the ocean, the Space Needle, and the city skyline. The room was clean, spacious, and the staff was very pleasant. Our sray was very enjoyable. Our two grandsons were very pleased.

Close to everything BUT needs improvement

First of all, our group of 6 arrive at the hotel early with a ton of luggage after cruising. There's no signage directing you around the BLOCK to enter the garage/guest check in area. The clerks at the front desk were preoccupied in conversation between themselves. My sisters room was ready however, I'd have to come back after 1 pm because my room wasn't ready. I was ok with that being we were early. The lobby is small, but quaint as seen on Expedia. Our room was roomy...2 Queen beds but what a disappointment. I requested and paid for a room with a view and balcony. The view was of the top floor of the parking garage and the balcony was a 16 inch slab with a rail. Also, there isn't a laundry facility for guests to do their own laundry. Expedia clearly stately there is a laundry facility which is one of the reasons we selected this hotel! The bathroom ceiling panel was loose and hanging and the room attendant literally tossed the towels on the rack. We won't be staying here again.

Very clean hotel, very helpful and friendly staff

The room was spacious, clean close to Pikes market place and the space needle. We walked around town, plenty of places to eat or just site see and the view of the night lights from the balcony was unforgettable.

Keeps the rain off your head

Pros: Smaller hotel, more like a European Hotel.
Cons: They do not have a buffet, but the staff was very accommodating with my custom breakfast order.
Location: We went to the Chihuly Museum, which was beautiful but expensive at $26 a person. You can see the whole exhibit in 30 minutes.
The two-double-bed room was a good size for our family of 4. It was clean and bed and pillow were good. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi and a small gym. The chlorine smell was really strong.
