We loved the Sunlit Cottage. The owner was very helpful and responsive when an issue arose. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and was perfect for us.

Beautiful and serene

This cottage was an amazing stay! Extremely well appointed. Close to trendy neighborhood bakeries, restaurants. Walkable, lovely historic area. Appreciated the great communication with the owner. Also super easy for the food delivery to find. Highly recommend!!

Such a great cottage. Bed comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and functional. Sofa bed also comfortable. Location is great. Beautiful area. Cafe nearby with the best egg sandwiches I’ve ever had. Easy access to bus to go downtown. Owner was easy to communicate with. 10/10. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for a couple or solo traveller.

Gorgeous neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants. Was able to wash socks & underwear in middle of our 2 week trip, nice touch. Small kitchen with decent size fridge is very useful. Shower is small but gets the job done (I’m 6’2”).

Nice cute space just a 10 minute drive from downtown! Street parking was easy to find, though we were parking around 9pm. It was a really quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe!

Great communication, location and amenities. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with available street parking (never had an issue finding parking, even late at night) and close to Volunteer Park. Bed was very comfortable, and kitchen was clean and had everything I needed. Great stay!

We were very happy with everything here. Was a pleasant little place to come home to after being out and about seeing the sights. The location is great. A beautiful walkable neighborhood. Great amenities. Absolutely everything we might have needed. We really appreciated all the electrical outlets and good WiFi too.
