Though Ravenna is considered a residential neighborhood, it also is home to several businesses, many of which are located in the University Village, a shopping mall. Ravenna Park, located near University Village and the walking or biking route connecting Green Lake to Burke–Gilman Trail, is located within the neighborhood. The University of Washington Station is a short walk (20 minutes) or a quick car ride away. Hop on the light rail and venture downtown or explore other vibrant neighborhoods in Seattle. Late Checkout Policy Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows: • Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater. • 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater. • More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate. To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. Our grandson had surgery at Seattle Children’s Hospital so we were there for almost two weeks. The location was perfect. We could walk to the hospital, shopping area, and grocery store. Owners should know the burners on their Kitchen Aide gas top are not igniting. Not only was there a gas odor but safety could potentially be an issue. Cleaning staff hung new towels that were still damp and utensils in the counter container were dirty and had to be washed.
