There is a restaurant in the hotel which was very welcome after a long day of travel and no transportation. The food is really good too. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot shower and little soaps and shampoo were great.

We loved the beds, the night front desk staff was very helpful, my only reason for not giving them a 5 was their courtesy shuttle, we got in late and it took over 45 minutes for a shuttle to come and when it did, it was full and they put other people on it that came after us. When we called the hotel we got a recording. The communication was abismal

Nice place to land after a long travel day. Easy to walk from the property to the skybridge to the airport, so no real need for a shuttle. Also, an asian restaurant off the lobby is open til 230am, so useful to get a good meal almost at any time. I would choose this again!

I thought it was funny, how they had an Asian restaurant in the lobby but I’m not complaining at all. My kids and I appreciated the smell 😂😂We stayed for a quick overnight thing but staff was friendly and helpful. Also VERY close to the airport so very convenient and yes they offer a shuttle to/from airport.

The property location was convenient to both the airport and the cruise terminal, however the front desk staff gets low ratings from me. The older lady with short hair and glasses behind the front desk was not friendly AT ALL! The younger lady with curly shoulder length hair was very nice and polite and helpful and actually smiled while helping us with airport transportation home. The older lady next to her, again NOT friendly or helpful AT ALL. The room was ok but the bathroom needed repairs around the top of the tub and around the ceiling. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful but from and to the airport and to and from the cruise port.

The shuttle was extremely convenient. The staff was really helpful , on our first night the T.V wasn’t working , no problem got moved to the room next door , no hassle . Stayed there 5 nights for the price I think it was worth it . The bed was comfortable plus the shower towels smelled fresh plus soft .
