- Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
Located near University Way we are the perfect basecamp for exploring Seattle or the University of Washington area. Our micro-unit building was just completely renovated. We are close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
This light-filled room is spacious and stylish.
Each private room has its own lock.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are shared between a total of 12 units. Additionally, there is a bathroom on each floor.
Parking: There are 2 guest parking spots on-site at the back of the building.
*If you have an oversized vehicle, please do not park onsite.
