This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome approximately 1100 sqft. It's 4 levels including the rooftop deck, and there a set of stairs leading up to the entry.

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Queen Anne yet super close to Fremont, Ballard and many other local Seattle attractions. The property was very clean and presented as viewed in pictures. Check in and out was easy. Highly recommend this property.
Excellent stay. House was as described and communication was great. Tv system wasn’t working and they quickly had new Roku delivered which was great for mother with Alzheimer’s. Would stay here again if in Seattle again. Location was perfect!
We had a great time staying in this property. It was extremely clean and had all the necessities you need. It is beautifully decorated, although it is quite small as in tight. The pictures are a little deceiving. It does have four stories, including the rooftop, which was great, it’s just very narrow.
Also there’s no air conditioning unit on the 2nd floor so it was warm even though it was chilly outside. There are wall air conditioners on the bottom floor and the top floor but the air didn’t circulate enough to the 2nd floor making it warm. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, it’s about a 20 minute drive from the needle.
This property was the perfect location for exploring the city! All of the amenities had been thought of. We enjoyed the rooftop deck in the morning and relaxing in the well appointed living room/bedrooms in the evening. The house is clean and very updated. Such a great place to come home to- will definitely be back!
