The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1116 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no steps to entrance.

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • 📅 Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

The place was safe, good walking distance from restaurants and transportation. Great recommendations from the hosts. Easy checkin and check out. Very accommodating when we needed to drop off our bags before checkin.
Very happy with our stay. Property owner was wonderful to deal - responded quickly. Nice amenities, deck and view! Great location. Would happily stay again.
Lovely big house, well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. Ideal location, good bars and restaurants nearby. Not too far to walk to Space Needle and Pike Place market about 40 mins.
This residence was fantastic for our group of six adults attending my son's wedding. It is very clean and in a great location for getting coffee or having a meal. Things are definitely within walking distance. All levels of the condo were well maintained and clean and linens and towell were available and comfortable for use. Furniture arrangements were great for socialization and accommodating our group.
This house was perfect for a long weekend. Beautiful daylight in every room.
I was very scattered when making the Rez but the Host was incredibly obliging and quick to respond. The rooftop deck was a our favorite part of the house!!! Views for miles.
It was a good stay. Only issues include:
Hard to find street parking.
Missing a few items in the kitchen.
Washing machine was not working (owners compensated us for this).
Clean,comfotable and convenient. Property manager was very responsive. Property is exactly as described in a nice neighborhood. Patio is great! We only prepared breakfast at the home but it seemed to be well supplied to cook if you chose to. I am a very light sleeper and the house is on a flight path so if you are also a light sleeper bring earplugs for sleeping. No one else in our group had any issues sleeping.
This property was perfect for myself and 2 friends. There were so many fantastic restaurants and bars with in a short walking distance and all the big things to see were a short drive away. The house was super clean and very comfy. The air units in each room were so nice to have! We had a wonderful time and will be back again someday soon!
Sparkling clean, upscale property with a great location. Lots of interesting restaurants and shops within walking distance. Convenient to major Seattle attractions, but in a "real" neighborhood rather than touristy area. Great communication with owner. Definitely recommended.
