Excellent location, quiet and felt safe as a solo female. The studio was lovely and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only note I’d give is I wish the kitchen had dish soap and a spatula!

Perfect location to access all the attractions of downtown with lots of dining options within a short walk, including Pike Place Market. The host and onsite staff were proactive and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people.

Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location.

Bottom line up front, I would definitely stay here again. It’s in an excellent location at a fair price. The communication was top notch and it was very clean. I was fine with it, but it is a little dated and needs some small touch ups, but they were minimal and didn’t bother me at all.

The room was clean. The check in process was poorly explained. You can’t check in till 4pm, but we thought it was 2pm. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the restroom. And the elevator broke down during our stay. The location was good and close to the Market and Piers.

While a clean room, the rest is a mess. The bed is so noisy it awakens one, the microwave didn't' work, the outlet to the coffee maker was dead, the windows haven't been cleaned in this era.

Great location, but the building was so old and the place was cracking. The shower was hard to operate, no consistent hot water, skin had no counter space. The bed sheet didn’t fit the couch bed. The location is great. Everything else is awful. I was with elderly parents with mobility issues. We tried to contact the host to find a place to drop luggage or check in early, but the host was unable to accommodate us. Ok, I get it, but the "text" number told me to "show up early and hope we could get in." And that they couldn't guarantee access until same-day. That wasn't the worst infraction, though, by far. The suite my husband and I had booked was flooded upon arrival from dinner that night. We were moved to another room, which was fine, but it was not a suite. I asked multiple times for a refund or partial refund for the change in room if nothing else. I kept being told they were "looking into it." It's been a month and still no refund. This place is terrible. Steer clear.

It seems likely that this is a fairly new property (i.e, a recently refurbished property under new management), and I expect that some of the anomalies are growing pains that will eventually be worked out. The property was nice, spacious, and the flooring and furnishings looked very new. The floor was actually rather uneven, which was OK, but something to know about. The system is set up with electronic locks for the hotel entrance and for the rooms, and there is a phone number to call for immediate assistance. The concept is that you can basically check yourself in and out, but unfortunately, we had trouble with the codes they gave us (including replacement codes) throughout our stay. There is not a “front desk” per se, but rather a person with a laptop sharing a small utility room. That person was very helpful to us, but you should be prepared for an experience different than the usual. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, but recognize some unusual aspects for the stay.

We had an excellent 1 night stay. Check in was remote and would have been extremely simple but we had several special requests. These were easily handled by Mona who was very helpful and reassuring during the check in and check out process. Also, a great location; steps from the Pike Place Market and close enough to Pier 66 that we could walk to the pier with our bags. Highly recommend.
