I loved the views and the apartment arrangement. The beds were large and comfy. Loved the pillows!

Cozy and Great View
First off the view is spectacular and the location is amazing! It’s right next to pike’s place and within walking distance of all of down town Seattle’s big stops
The photos in the listing were accurate. The apartment is tremendously spacious. The views are spectacular. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with equipment so we able to cook easily. Also, that sofa is ridiculously comfy for lounging. We really enjoyed our stay!
This property is amazing!!the views are absolutely breathtaking from the windows. It is better than the pictures! The location is wonderful!! Having a person at the front desk that manned the front entry doors made it a really safe place as well. The condo itself was very comfortable and had all the amenities you could want. Our overall experience was wonderful in every aspect!! Thank you for an incredible vacation!!!
The location and views of this property are the best! Everything is close, and walkable. The Target store was super convenient. The condo shows its age a little. A recessed light was hanging out of the ceiling, and the carpet shows some age, but was easy to overlook that for the other benefits. The rooftop deck was a bonus, offering great views. All staff in the building were friendly!
Location was amazing! 2 minute walk to Pike Place and beautiful view of the Puget Sound from the 24th floor. Very convenient to buy groceries being right over a Target. Bonus was the designated parking place included in the parking garage also directly below the condo. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the carpet had a few stains and it was not well lit but the location and view more than made up for that.
The condo has an exceptional view of the Seattle harbor. One block from Pike Place Market. Easy walking access to the Link Light Rail. 20 minute walk to Lumen Field for Seahawks game. No surprises as condo pictures accurately depict accommodations.

Overall, nice property! Carpet needs to be cleaned/replaced. Air conditioning would be a plus. View is spectacular! Great location! We weren't contacted by property manager until the day of arrival, while in flight. A call the day before would be perfect.

The view is unbeatable!
This home was comfy, accommodating, and had the most perfect location and stunning views of the sunset over the Puget sound! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer location- once you come out of the lobby doors, you literally turn to your left and the market is right there. Easy walk to Pioneer Square, Westlake area and also of course Pike Place. Even though there was no heat or air con - they provided units for both bedroom to use for heat or cooled air and the windows open slightly for some fresh air. Parking spot is so convenient if you have a vehicle but ceilings are low so make sure your car fits!
Building is older and apartment needs some refreshing but that said you cannot beat this place if you are going to Seattle. Literally right over a Target and half a block from Pike Place Market. Views are amazing and having access to a nice gym and pool/hot tub were awesome. Building felt very secure and unfortunately that is important given the struggles Seattle is having with drugs/mental illness and homelessness. The city should really be ashamed of how it’s dealt with those issues.
With some small updates I cannot recommend this unit more highly. We will definitely be back.

Great views
The apartment was fabulous. The views and location to pike place and the waterfront are fantastic. I would like to have been made aware that 3rd avenue is a meeting point for a lot of the homeless. The nearest Mcdonalds should be avoided and do not walk down 3rd at night.
Apart from that, check in from the uk was a slight issue as no one was there to meet us on the day but the building manager let us in. I did have communication from vacasa after but it may help to contact them before you are due to arrive.
Overall, we fell in love with Seattle and would have liked to stay longer. The sofa was an amazing highlight after a busy day..
The condo was perfect as our base for touring in Seattle. The views were undeniably spectacular and wrapped around two sides of the condo.
We had several family members coming in to town to meet us for an Alaska cruise and we were able to have a pre-gathering at the condo to go over our plans. It was great to have the space to do this.
Having the train so close was great - we took the LINK from the SEA-TAk with no problems and a short walk with our carry-ons made the trip a quick one. Just $3 pp. Our son did the same later in the week to meet us and came in around 9pm with no problems.
It was great to have Target so close, we were there numerous times.
Our niece and her husband stayed across the street in the State Hotel and spent $400 per night for a small room, they were stunned to see our beautiful condo.
One of us rented a car to see a friend for the day. This was easy with two different rental car agencies within two blocks.
We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.
Great views and nice location. Watched the sunset from the couch. The only thing to be aware is that this place does not have AC, it is in the listing but wanted to note. We went in late September so we were good, left windows open and the unit had many fans for use. I would definitely stay again. Also check in was very easy. The front door people were so nice and helpful.
Location and views made this apartment the downtown gem. Having the convenience of a market down on the bottom floor was perfect. Wi-Fi went out intermittently making working a little difficult, but would stay here again.
Beautiful view, but it had several lights that were burnt out, was lacking some cleaning. Coffee pot had moldy filter with coffee in it, washing machine was dirty, hair on shower floor
