An older property but my room had a full kitchen and the mattress was comfy. Quiet room, parking garage ($15 charge!). Location suited me very well - short walk to Safeway for some dinner and 15 min. to downtown for my concert. Quick access back to the 405 as I went north the next day. I'd stay there again.

This is an older hotel; some maintence issues. Tidy, but not "fresh clean." Took a while to get warm water. I booked two queen beds and got 1. Interestingly, so did my sister and she also got 1 bed. She asked the front desk. The gal claims they only have single queen and/or king beds. We were traveling with family and made it work. My daughter booked the Renton location in error, and said the room was much nicer than mine. The event we attended is yearly. I'm not sure I would book or refer this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. However the property however was quite rundown, outdated, and felt dirty. I don’t rely on the breakfast either, just fridge with yogurt, milk, and eggs.

Pretty good air conditioning in 90 heat. We liked the front desk staff. Especially Jasmine (spelling?). I also liked the free breakfast, coffee, and chocolate chip cookies. The kitchen had all the basics. Enjoyed a nice workout in the fitness room: basic simple set of free weights and a bench along with a pull down bar). Best part was the staff!

The location is nice because it's tucked away off the freeway so it's pretty quiet. I was disappointed in the fact that my fridge was leaking and making a God awful noise that would continually wake me up in the middle of the night. In the morning I took a shower and it was cold and wouldn't get hotter no matter how long I let it run and I had it on the hottest setting. Only one elevator was working, so it took forever during check out to get downstairs. Overall, I think this could be a great hotel, but there needs to be things that are maintained and fixed to make it better.

Our check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, warm water, a.c/ heater worked just fine and breakfast was alright. Overall we had a nice stay and our expectations were met. Would recommend to others, and we will definitely stay again.
