Very clean and comfortable room. The one fellow at the front desk was really helpful. Breakfast was overcrowded and not well-supplied. Why is there no restaurant? No information in the room about good options to order in food--I had to walk down to the main desk to get a list. Why is the list not in the room or in the hotel information? I had to call main desk to ask the address of the hotel.

Located in good area within easy walking distance of nice things to see, like parks and the Seattle Space Needle, downtown area. Restaurants not too far away. Felt very safe walking around downtown.

Very clean and convenient hotel. The $25 parking fee meant we utilized underground parking and walked three blocks to Space Needle, monorail to Pike Place.

This guy s a decent hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast had some good options but the buffet area always had a big lineup and was very messy.

The price was great for the quality. Staff was nice. They always had complimentary water in the front desk area. We were not awake in time to see how the free breakfast was.

It's a good value but, since the location of the entrance isn't transparent, a sign or label to it would have prevented me from walking around the building for 15 minutes to try and find it.

The night shift wasn't helpful with parking. You pay for parking thinking there is availability. End up parking in the alley and when letting the morning staff know they just said oh yeah we are full. Had to get a refund for my boyfriend truck since there was no room for it. Very inconvenient

They have a card system to save energy which is annoying because if you want the lights on you have tto insert the card but you can't just have the bathroom lights on you have to have them all on. Only the TV, and desk light and microwave oven light works separately. Very annoying.
