• You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the rooftop. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS. Any violation of no pets policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove fur, odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• LOST KEY. Not returning the physical key (if it was given to you) is a subject to $25 fine
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Gets the job done
Loved the location (walked most everywhere). The unit is basic lodging that grew on us over 3 days. Was quiet and appreciated being able to do laundry. Husband and I took one for the team by sleeping on the couch and let our boys have the bedrooms. Living room furniture/pullout bed is not as depicted in pics (may have been taken of a different unit). Parking can be a challenge but pay lot half a block away. Must move car daily.
