  • Charming Greenwood home with 2 bedrooms and one full bath, hardwood floors, large kitchen w/eating space opens to deck, gas heating fireplace in living room, dining room, ceiling fans, gas cooking, laundry in unit, desk in front room, high speed fiber Internet, large rear deck with BBQ & patio set, large front porch/deck with sitting area & views of sunsets & the Olympic Mountains. Walk to all Greenwood has to offer (Wingdome, Valhalla, Pete's Egg Nest, Diva Espresso, Taproot Theater, & much more). 16 minutes from downtown Seattle. Easy access to Green Lake, Ballard, highway 99 and the I-5 corridor. 7 min to the Burke Gilman trail and Ballard. This is for the main floor unit A.
