Sit in the yard or relax in the large soaking tub and watch for eagles to visit their nest and countless birds perch in our scenic backyard. Sit out in the Hottub on a cold winter's night and look up at the stars on a serene evening. Hop into the steam room after a walk around Seward Park or after a relaxing day outside at the pools. Though you feel like you are in an escape from the big city you are easily a 15-20 minute drive from every great tourist attraction. Hop on light rail to experience a Seattle Sounders, Seahawks or Mariner's game. Or an evening concert at climate pledge arena. Experience all that Seattle has to offer in this 4-bedroom house. Lovely Stay!

We very much enjoyed our experience at this Seward Park gem! The home highlights and features were exactly as pictured/described, yet more enjoyable in person. The pool and hot tub were particular favorites of ours. Just as described, we were able to watch local bald eagles right in the back yard. The location was perfect for us visiting friends in the Mt. Baker/Columbia City neighborhoods and a relatively easy trip to the proper downtown Seattle area. Lake Washington is right at the end of the street. Parking was ample. Communication was friendly & timely. Recommended!

A little bit of luxury

My daughter and I came to run the half marathon, which started at Seward Park. Our family came to support us (hence the 7 bedroom place). This house was 0.9 miles from the start line. A perfect warm-up walk to the start line. The run along the ocean (every part of the run was less than a mile from this house, even though the entire run was 13.1 miles!). It was a cold wet run along the ocean, but we had a hot tub to end it. It also had laundry facilities (important to wash our wet clothing after the run) and a great kitchen, and living room with big wide windows. Honestly, I cannot describe how wonderful this house was for a group of people who just want some luxury, as well as nice walks and runs along the edge of the ocean. The check-in was super easy. We also took public transport down to Pike Place Market for a day which was very easy to do.
