With such a convenient location, you can get to anywhere so easily! This 3800 sqft beautifully renovated house features 12 beds in total: 10 queen, 1 bunk, and 1 sleeper sofa, which can easily accommodate big families and groups. The house is also equipped with kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, laundry sets, 55" TVs, new appliances and furnitures. \*\*NO PARTIES/EVENTS\*\* Our house is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Edmonds. With such a big space (3800 sq ft), it’s definitely an ideal setup for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. You will find everything you need in our house: two 55 inch TVs in both living rooms, 8 bedrooms with 12 beds, 5 full bathrooms, 2 well-equipped kitchens stocked with coffee machines, kettles, toasters, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, and full washers & dryers with detergent. The house has two units with separate entrances. You can use it as two units or as one. Unit A is on the 1st floor, features 3 BR, 2 BA, kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. Unit B is on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The 2nd floor features 3 BR, 2 BA, kitchen, and a living room. The 3rd floor has 2 BR and 1 BA. You will have access to the entire house. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule. 2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】 We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.【NO PET】 This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. 5\. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. 6.【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost. 7.【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200\. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready.
